- If you want to buy it separately, please note it does not include power cable as every power cable is different. Cause you did not buy the head unit from us, there might be compatibility issue.

Shipping & Custom Tax

   1. We will handle your case within one business day after payment confirmation. 

   2. Your order will be shipped out within 7-10 working days under normal circumstance. 

   3. We ONLY send the product to the address confirmed by customer.

   4. No service to PO BOX, FPO, APO address. 

   5. Once we send out: 

       a. You could NOT change the address.

       b. You could NOT reroute.

       c. You could NOT hold for pick up. 

    6. The listed price is only for the product, we are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or custom storage fee. Buyer cannot cancel the order or request for refund due to the above reasons. 

Warranty & Return Policy

   1. We provide one year warranty for all our products from the date of purchase, excludeing artifical damage, inappropriately installation or operation. 

   2. The buyer is responsible for the returned shipping fee. 

   3. All the returned unit must be in its original package. Please contact our sales team first before the return.

Q: How to make sure this unit fit my car?

A: Before you place an order, please send us a picture of your car dashboard and let us know the model and manufacturing year of your car, we will confirm for you. 

Q: Will it come with GPS map installed? 

A: You can download the map in Google play store by yourselves. Alternatively if you want us to install one for you, please leave us message when you order it. 

Q: Is it possible to listen music or radio while using navigation?

A: Yes

Q: Does it come with TV function? Do I need to cut cable for connection?

A1: TV function is optional. You need to buy an external digital TV-Box from us, if you want to watch mobile digital TV in your area. 

A2: This unit is plug and play, no need to cut or joint cables. 

Q: Can I install the unit by myself?

A: The unit is plug and play, easy to install, but it requires some professional experience and tools. To avoid damages to the head unit or your dashboard, we suggest that the installation to be done by a professional technician. 

Q: Can you do drop shipping?

A: Yes, we can support it. Please make sure the contact informaiton of consignee is correct when placing orders. 

Q: Could you please test the product before packing?

A: Yes, of course. We ALWAYS test our product before shipping.
